After Their Mom Let Them Go Out To Play, Dogs Surprised Her With A New Brother

After Their Mom Let Them Go Out To Play, Dogs Surprised Her With A New Brother

Ellen Wilkie July 4, 2020

Sara Nisevic was not planning on expanding her family. Then, a few weeks ago, she let her dogs go out to play. When she checked on them, she saw them with an unfamiliar brown dog.

Sara went out to greet their furry visitor. At that moment, the dog ran toward her and started to ask for pets and kisses. That made Sara feel an instant connection with the pup. She knew that the furry guest was home.

My new sister loves me, she just doesn't know it yet – Strudel

Because Sara lives in a rural area, she suspected that the little guy who suddenly showed up was not lost. According to Sara, her family knows all the dogs in the valley. Sadly, they reside in a place where people usually dump their unwanted pooches.

The fur mom welcomed the pup in her home and named him Strudel. Despite her suspicion, Sara still tried to look for the dog’s owner. She asked around, checked for a microchip, and also posted about Strudel on the internet. However, no one claimed him.

Strudel has always been at his best behavior since the day he came into Sara’s home. According to Sara, he has been polite from the moment they met him. The first time they asked him to go inside the house, Strudel was hesitant. But he made himself at home as soon as he got in.

I was checked for a microchip and I had none, so my adoptive parents decided to try and put me online to find out if I have owners. Since I'm not chipped, once 15 days go by, they can legally adopt me! 13 more days to go! – Love, Strudel

Clearly, Strudel was looking for connection and comfort. He, thankfully, found that with Srna, Sara’s older rescue dog. So, for Strudel to feel at home, Sara made a large bed where the two pups would fit. Since then, the two of them have been sleeping on it together.

Sara is so happy that Strudel wandered into their lives. Meanwhile, every day, Strudel ensures to show how thankful he is that he finally has a home now. He would cuddle with his mom all the time. When he is outside, he keeps bugging Srna to play.

According to Sara, their future with Strudel includes a lot of traveling, camping, going to the river, and eating lots of food. She said that they all knew that Strudel was their dog the minute they met him. They did not adopt Strudel; he adopted them.
