It’s a loaded question… you’ll get people’s opinions rather than definitive answers. For me and I put emphasis on “FOR ME” , I’m more inclined to use a flat collar or a slip lead to avoid any neck damage . Obviously on micro dogs that possibility still exists with anything on the neck or head

Yes. You can. But please be careful. As with any tool it can cause damage. But if you need them they exist. So good luck with your little dog π
