Fur parents know how protective their dogs are with their homes. No matter what time of day it is, our canine pals bravely take responsibility for watching over their houses.
However, one doggo can’t resist the lure to sleep as it starts to sway on its post. Though the pup’s struggling to stay awake, it doesn’t abandon its position to continue guarding their home.
Nighty night!
In this amusing video footage, one can initially see a mix-furred canine sitting upright on a concrete road. Not far away from the mutt, one can notice two men sitting on plastic chairs behind him.
With the way it looks, the trio’s taking the nightshift duty to guard over their homes. But it seems the doggo’s having trouble staying awake as its eyelids start drooping.
But, the pup soon wanders peacefully into dreamland, still assuming a sitting stance. Yet, the canine’s legs soon start wobbling as the doggo sways towards the right.
Oops! I must stay awake!
Before the doggo succumbs to the lure of sleep, it manages to catch itself promptly. Once the puppy shakes the sleepiness off, it returns to a sitting position to continue with its guard duty.
But, a few seconds later, the canine once again slowly drifts asleep. Unlike earlier, though, the pup manages to hold its body upright even as its eyelids start drooping.
Seeing this rare sight, the pup’s fur dad zooms in on its face to have a closer look at its facial expression. Yet, as soon as Dad performs this move, the weary canine slowly sways towards the left.
