This Dog Follows Ambulance To The Hospital To See Her Dad

Ellen Wilkie November 4, 2020

Although there are still no studies to back up this claim, dogs know when their humans are sick or injured. With their strong senses, dogs are able to know whether there is something wrong going on with their humans. This is why dogs would stay by their owners’ side whenever they sense that something wrong is happening.

A small black and white dog has recently made headlines after following the ambulance that carried her human to the nearest hospital. The man, according to their neighbor, Anderson Bahi, fell ill and needed medical care.

Anderson said that even before the dog owner fell ill, the dad and his dog would often go for long walks outside their house. It was Anderson who saw the special bond between the dog and his human. But when the ambulance arrived at the man’s home, the dog was not there, so they brought the man with them to the hospital.

Little did the ambulance crew know that the dog ran after them when they were on their way to the hospital. When the ambulance driver noticed that the dog was following them, he stopped the car and let the dog enter the vehicle.

During this time, a bystander had already taken a video of the chasing dog video and immediately posted it on social media. The driver, Anderson Bahi, felt so happy at the dog’s gesture because the dog showed so much concern towards her human.

However, when they arrived at the hospital, one of the hospital’s rules prohibits a dog from entering the vicinity. Anderson felt bad because the dog could not join her human inside the hospital. What Anderson did was to speak with the security guard to let the dog join her human inside. Fortunately, the security guard allowed the entrance of the pup.
